Introduction -The staple foods of Indian cuisine include Rice, Wheat flour, Pearl millet (Bajra) and a verity of lentil such as rentio toor dal, Masoor dal and many more. -There are number of Indian recipe like recipes of dal and the most famous khichdi that everyone would love to eat. -There is one famous Italian recipe called risotto which looks like khichdi but it is not similar as it looks.
