1. Public Meeting The Whakamaru Beach Reserve Work has been going on at the Beach reserve for a number of years. This work has been based on the original plan: http://wrra.wikispaces.com/reserve+development Some great progress has been made and the WRRA commitee are keen to get public input on the future work. Come along and have your say on issues such as: • How the reserve will be maintained. Mowing. • Car access, parking. • Reinstating the toilet block • The boom and boat access • Dredging more mud and laying more sand. • Camping and Campervan access. • Planting • Gates and fences. • Who will do the work. What will be required for execution. Purchase and maintenace of a tractor. • Funding. • Cycle access and track. • Motor cycle access and track. • Work has been going on at the Beach reserve for a number of year.
