DCO Functions – for DGEs 6 months (before JAN 1) for your DGEs • Memo to DGEs to get the PEs for each club- Needed for the Official Directory and PETS- Use the EDIT CLUB POSITIONS function in the Clubs • Pre-PETS, Communicate DGE expectations to your PEs- Send them a PMAIL, using PE committee

  27. DCO Functions – for DGEs 5 months before (FEB) for your DGEs • Schedule their Official GOV Visits in District Calendar • Setup their District Committees (except PE, SE, TE, and PN)- CLONE them from current year into next YEAR- Make necessary adjustments, their Committee Chairs
