  1. Field Manager – Site view • 101

  2. Know before you start • Site View is supported only in IE 9 and IE10. If you are using a previous browser version, we recommend upgrading to IE 9. • Site View is built to support 25, 50, and 100 sites per page on the grid. The default is set to 100. Based on the connectivity and the amount of data load, if required, consider downgrading the number of sites to 25 or 50 to improve performance. This is easily done through Inventory Manager, Facility Details. page. • Site View functionality is available by means of a single permission. Individual features available within Site View are controlled by existing user permissions in Field Manager. • This is the first version of Site View. We look forward to receiving your likes and dislikes of the functionality — for future enhancements.

  3. The Grid • Click “Site View” on the main menu. • Site Search provides full search capability. • Click “Find Reservation” to switch to Reservation search. • Explore the Advanced Search options.

  4. The Grid • Shows availability and reservations for 31 days starting from the current day or any specified date as the start of the grid. • Sites are grouped by loops. • Reservations are represented with a bar. • Colors of the bar represents different statuses. • Orange – Due to check-in • Purple – Due to check out • Maroon – Occupied • Blue – Reserved/Pre-arrival

  5. All about check ins • Alt + click on a reservation and you will get the available operations. (We are working on a right-click option.) • Clicking Check In will perform a fast check-in. (If there is a balance on the order, the user is taken to the Cart.) • If you need to charge POS while checking in, click “Charge POS” • If you need to view the details before check-in, click “View Edit Reservation”. • ** Check outs will operate similarly

  6. How about Date changes and Transfers? • To transfer sites, drag and drop a reservation from one site to another. • To change dates, shorten or extend the length of the Reservation bar using your mouse. • Transfer and date change can be done at the same time. • When you are done, click “Confirm Changes”. • The Cart displays for processing the order. • If reservation details require changing, you can access them from the Cart.

  7. How do I walk-in a person? • Search for an existing customer. • Clicking “Add New Customer” lets you add a new customer. • Edit icon beside the customer LAST NAME lets you edit details for an existing customer.

  8. How do I walk-in a person? • This is a simplified version of the Reservation Details page. • Complete the details. • Square tabs represent different segments of the order information. • Proceed to the Cart.

  9. How do I walk-in a person? • In the Order Summary, click Site View to get back to the site view screen after finishing the Order.

  10. Mid-stay transfer • You will notice a portion of the reservation getting transferred.

  11. SWAP Reservation • Take 2 swappable reservations — drag one reservation to the other to start a Swap workflow. • Click Confirm Swap to proceed to the Cart and complete the action.

  12. Reservation + Site Search • Try to do a combination search for a reservation and a site. • This will allow you to get site 001 and site 200 into a single view and move a reservation from one site to the other. • (This is a search with an OR operator between the reservation search and the site search.)

  13. What is a work list • Work List is a temporary location where you can accumulate selected inventory portions or reservations. • Example: • You may be reserving 2 sites at the same time. • You may be doing a Split Reservation. • You may be keeping a reservation in order to move to another site not showing on the current page. • The actions available to you may vary based on added items. • Try it! • **Inventory will only be held when the action is selected on the Work List.

  14. Site Closure • Select a range on the grid and click Mark as Closed to start a closure.

  15. Site Closure • You will have the option to create a new closure or add the site to an existing closure.

  16. Charge POS • Select items from the POS list. • Explore the selected item list. • Attributes for POS will be collected in the selected tab. • ** POS items with parent/child relationship are not supported. Boat launch permits are not supported.

  17. Order details • Take an existing reservation and view the Reservation Details. • Use the expand option to expand the details.

  18. Order details • Explore the other actions available through the Reservation Details page. • Note: there is a another way to charge POS.

  19. Other actions • Check out the other order actions available for a reservation.

  20. Non Site Specifics • Site View provides basic functionality for NSS sites. • Always displays the children. • Click the Search icon to get the due to check-in reservation list and add them to a child site to check-in. • For each parent site, the available sites for walk-in are shown. • Start dragging the grid to start a walk-in. • To make an advanced reservation, selects dates on any child site and start a reservation. Note: No matter which child was used, the parent site will be reserved in this case.

  21. Non Site Specifics • Date changes are allowed conditionally when checking in. • When doing an early check-in, the arrival date can be changed to the current date to Check the reservation starting from today. • Once occupied, the reservations work similar to site specifics.
