  1. Robert Breschard Is A BOMI Designated Real Property Administrator (RPA)

  2. With over 30 years of experience in commercial building management in the New York metropolitan area and around the Northeastern U.S., including Boston, Philadelphia, Syracuse and Delaware, Robert Breschard has gained huge success.

  3. He has held numerous New York City licenses such as a Refrigeration Operators License and a Fire Safety designation. He is a member of Real Estate Finance Association of Ct and has also been conferred a NYS Salesperson’s License.

  4. In addition to this, Mr. Breschard is a BOMI designated Real Property Administrator (RPA). RPAs possess in-depth knowledge of how a building operates efficiently and to ensure this, they can implement an effective energy management program. Furthermore, they are well-versed with the integrated building systems and their care and maintenance, owing to which, they can help a company reduce its operating costs, helping it to save a significant amount of money.

  5. Robert Breschard has been working with CBRE (formally ESG, Insignia/ESG) since 1995. He joined the firm as a Portfolio Manager, and is presently working at the company as a Director Asset Services. Over the course of his career, he has managed individual properties and portfolios, supervised building operations, administration and financial performance and has also managed construction and redevelopment projects.

  6. Apart from this, he also holds the experience of supervising major capital projects, including energy management systems, chiller retrofits, lobby renovations and tenant installations.

  7. Robert Breschard also possesses exceptional skills for developing, managing and monitoring operating budgets and the financial performance of commercial properties from a value added perspective. Till date, he has taken care of portfolios of up to 13 million square feet of institutionally and privately owned property for the Canadian Imperial Bank; JPMorgan/Chase; Sony Corporation, Equitable Life, INVESCO, Marsh and McLennan, ING.

  8. Before joining CBRE in 1995, Robert served as the Vice President, Senior Area Manager at JMB Properties Company, from December 1986 to June 1995. While working at the firm, he managed Class A commercial office buildings ranging from 100,000 square feet to 1.6 million square feet in size.
