PCC/Youth and Children’s/ Brownie and Scout leaders/ housegroups/choirs etc think about the programme together. Book using Eventbrite for things you want to ensure you have a place for. Not everything needs booking. Decide on a lunch time meeting point for your group and bring a feast!
