  3. Subcontracts Proposals with Subcontracts submit: • Letter of Collaboration signed by the Authorized Official • Detailed Budget • Budget Justification • Statement of Work

  4. Proposal Submission Deadlines • 6 days prior to the due date (all forms completed). • If personnel from Medical or RSMAS are included, then please allow for 10 days. • Earlier deadlines • During holidays • For very large, Center-level type proposals • Cannot guarantee submission if we are allotted less time for signatures and review. • Send Maria R. the RFP once you decide to submit.

  11. Mandatory Citi Training To avoid delays on Proposals make sure you completed: Citi Training Module on conflict of Interest (COI) DPS (disclosure profile system)
