  17. Real Estate Development ….is the process of transforming a plot of land from one state to another. The main motive is usually financial profit. Keep in mind the perspective of real estate economy throughout the course!
  18. Grading will be based solely on the project (activeness during the course, written development plan, oral presentation), and each member of the group will end up with the same final grade. In other words, you will have to work as a team!
