Leadership Development • The Train the Trainers Workshop is really a leadership development workshop. • We are looking to build the next generation of DLI trainers, who will be leading the way. • This means passing along the culture (which we having been covering the past two day), providing the support, and helping set the direction.

  3. Leadership Development • For data services to continue to grow in importance, we will need leadership at the local, regional, national, and international levels. • This panel will discuss the kind of leadership needed at each of these levels.

  4. Desired Outcomes • A list of items or activities that need to be done at the local, regional, national, and international levels to ensure healthy data services in Canada.

  5. Starting Question • What needs to be done at the local level?
