  6. Our results • Comparison data: • Typical ENGL 0090 pass rate: 62- 67 % • Typical ENGL 1021 pass rate: 68-71% • ENGL 0090 students overall success rate in 1021: 35-50% • Express English initial results (n=161) • ENGL 0090 pass rate: 74.5% • ENGL 1021 pass rate: 61.5%
