  19. How Can I Pay for College? • Apply for scholarships and grants that don't have to be paid back. (good grades or athletics) • Earn and save money yourself by working part-time or during the summers. • Encourage your family to save for your future education if they are not already. • Borrow money in the form of student loans that you can pay back later (with interest.)   22. Let’s Start Now… • On a blank sheet of paper, put a proper heading on your paper. Then make three columns titled: Careers, Budget & Colleges • In the first column, write down as many careers (job titles) that you can think of. • In the second column, write a list of all the “bills” a person has to pay each month. At the bottom, write an “estimate” for monthly expenses and circle it. • In the third column, write down the names of as many colleges as you can think of. Walsh Publishing Co. 2012
