  3. Membership Growth • Why is Membership Growth so important? • New ideas and new interests reinvigorate the club • More fellowship and greater community awareness increases the “power” for service • To balance attrition • To widen our network of contacts Rotary International 11/03

Membership Growth • Take a look at your Rotary Club • Does your club membership fully represent an honest cross-section ofyour community? • Do you see the same Rotary faces at each service project? • Does your club have difficulty in filling director and officer positions each year?
