State Funding: $12,851,000 Est. County Funding: $15,127,000 Est. M-NCPPC: $3,000,000 Total Est. Project Budget: $30,978,000 Project Description: Two-story elementary school designed with GREEN Initiatives to support a LEED certified building. A gymnasium will be constructed, supported and funded by M-NCPPC. Classrooms: 4-Pre-K; 6-Kindergarten; 24-Grades 1-6; 2-Special Education; 2-ESOL. Instructional and Support Areas: Art, Science, Instrumental and Vocal Music, Computer Lab, Reading Resource, Media Center and Television Studio, Multi-purpose Room, Guidance, and Health Services. Athletic Features: Exterior playfields with equipment, basketball, soccer, softball fields and a gymnasium with public weight room and basketball court.
