  4. Mini Fund Project • Sector Selection: • We believe the economy has past the trough of contraction • As it enters into expansion, several sectors will thrive during this time of the cycle

Mini Fund Project • Sectors we will choose to overweight include the financial sector, industrial goods, technology, and consumer durables. • The financial sector should see a rise in loans and consumer spending. • Industrial goods will be impacted by construction. • Technology will see increases due to company’s upgrading. • Consumer durables will increase because of consumer spending.

  6. Mini Fund Project • Sectors we will choose to underweight include health care and food industries. • Health care will likely experience a major impact from new laws. However, we wish to realize potential gains available. • Food industries shouldn’t see a dramatic decrease so we will seize the opportunity to realize potential gains.

Mini Fund Project • Company profiles: • Fluor (FL) is in the industrial goods sector. • It is a construction company that also specializes in project management, maintenance, construction, and other services. • The company is international with operations in several countries. • Revenue has continuously increased over past 3 years, with a 17% increase over the past year.

  8. Mini Fund Project • Dividend payout is $0.64. • Has a large cash reserve of over $2 million. • We would be willing to buy at the current price level, $56.38. • Analysts predict the stock price to rise to $75.06. • We would be willing to sell midway at $65.
