DS VISUALIZER : It is part of the Discovery Studio software suite, which is used by life science researchers to model and analyze molecular structuresDiscovery Studio Visualizer (DS Visualizer) is a free, interactive tool for viewing, sharing, and analyzing data about proteins and small molecules • First we open our browser and then in search bar we write ( DS VISUALIZER)

  4. AFTER INSTALLATION SHOW THAT TYPE OF WINDOW.Below picture show program is run in our system.This is the program home page

  5. It is the visualizer for protein and also gene or most frequently biological molecules.so we download protein file at protein data bank.in pdp format because ds always open pdp format only..PROTEIN DATA BANK.(DATA BASE ) here we can get protein file in pdp format.PDB:

  6. When we have already install ds visualizer in system then file is already uploaded . • After upload then their result is that . • These all are protein have alpha helix beta sheets and loops. And also red dots that are show in figure that are water molecules or salts basically all are atoms .
