Comparative Evaluation of QFT and TST for TB in Children: A Review of Literature

A literature review comparing the performance of QuantiFERON-TB and Tuberculin Skin Test in pediatric tuberculosis, examining sensitivity, specificity, and predictive value. Out of 68 publications found on PUBMED, 44 full-text articles were reviewed, with 20 studies meeting inclusion criteria.
