Afrikaherz is dedicated to improving health and social care for African migrants in Berlin. Our team, including a Project Director, part-time staff, volunteers, and interns, works tirelessly on various initiatives such as HIV/AIDS prevention, counseling, and outreach. We organize educational campaigns like "African Health Night" and provide vital support services including home visitations, accompaniment to medical institutions, and legal representation. With multilingual capabilities, we foster partnerships and build self-help groups to enhance community well-being and integration.
