GEAR UP Metrics Provide direct services Provide cohort services Provide transitional support to HS graduates Completion of target math courses Advance to next grade Graduate from high school Enroll in PSE within 6 months of HS graduation PSE students will be on track to graduate PSE 80% of low achieving schools will demonstrate progress in key indicators (approved by VT DOE)
