  4. Click on the candidate status pull down menu to change a candidate status. Click on the column/columns that you select for sorting the displayed list of respondents Placing your mouse over a name brings up the key contact details for that respondent

  5. In addition to the Browser review tool, FastPRO offers a quick desk top view. Click on the Position Status radio buttons to view the positions in that status. Shows the number of New Respondents who have arrived for this position title. Use this button to send a custom email to all candidates with Incomplete talent profiles, requesting that they complete their profile. This button appears when a New Version of FastPRO has been released. Clicking the button uploads that version for the scout.

  6. Once you select a target position, FastPRO displays the candidates in the status you select. Clicking the Respondent Status button displays the list of those people who fall in the selected status. Status definitions are client definable. Interest Query allows the scout to query the interest of scores of high scoring respondents to new position openings with a few clicks. Highlight the targeted respondents and click the button. Emails are sent to all and the Interest column for them changes to pending. Candidates click EITHER a HIGH, MODERATE or LOW link in the email, and their interest level for them changes from pending to the level they selected. Send Links send an email to one or more hiring decision makers which contains links to selected candidate profiles, allowing the hiring manager to click the link and view the Talent Profile details for each of the recommended candidates. Therefore the hiring manager gets one email with several candidates, plus their attached resumes, and can conduct a talent review easily and quickly for a specific position and location. Select Template allows the scout to pick an email template for distribution to all those candidates selected in the candidate list. The CONFIGURE button sets up new email templates. You can insert variables such as candidate name and position title into your template emails. The CUSTOM button allows you to send a one-time custom email to one or more selected candidates.
