  2. John Mochli and PresperaEkert Charles Bebbidzh and his analytical car. Konrad Tsuze. In first half XIX century English mathematician, Charles Bebbidzh has invented the universal computer. Bebbidzh wanted to construct the computer as the mechanical device, and programs was going to set by means of punched cards . However, construct such car Bebbidzh couldn't. Mark-1 USA in 1943, American Howard Ejken has created more powerful computer under the name "Mark-1". In 40-courses of XX century at once some researchers have repeated attempt of Bebbidzh on a basis of techniques’ of XX century — electromechanical relays. The German engineer Konrad Tsuze who has constructed in 1941 the small computer based on several electromechanical relays was the first of them.

  3. The First Transistor’s Computers. Transistors. In 1948 Mochli and Ekert have invented transistors — tiny electronic devices, which could replace electronic lamps. It has led to reduction of the sizes of computers and increase of their reliability. Robert Nojs. Bill Heist. Chips. Nevertheless, it was very difficult to soldering transistors for creation of electronic schemes. In 1959, Robert Nojs (the future founder of firm Intel) has invented chips.
