Animal Services: Brief report • OCAS staff is committed to the humane treatment of every animal in the shelter • Animals are safely housed and appropriately segregated to avoid injury or disease transmission • Our euthanasia procedures are humane • In accordance with HSUS and the American Veterinary Medical Association guidelines • Animals in our shelter are never sold or released to dealers or research facilities
