Jibe Sequence • Helmsman Command • “Prepare to jibe” • “Jibe Ho” • Adjust tiller for point of sail • 20 -30 deg. course change • Crew Response • “Ready” • Free jib sheet (but still hold fast) • Release jib sheet when boom swings across • Shift weight as needed • Trim opposite sheet after through the wind
