Perfect Service Software (PSS) • The important features in each of the above module is as follows: Installation : •  Software has the provision to maintain the complete details of the product installed on the client site. • Even to maintain any number of installation under a single customer in it /different sites. • Also able to maintain the details of product through master. Warranty details:  • Software has the provision to maintain the warranty period • Provision to maintain warranty details of the product installation on the site. • Even there is a provision to generate warranty reports • Beneficial remainders at every point of the time.

Perfect Service Software (PSS) Service call • This module is categorized into two sub modules i.e., breakdown entries (complaints register) and service status. a) Complaints register (Breakdown) • The details of the Breakdowns are entered into the software. • Provision to assign the work to service engineer. b) Service Status • The statuses of the complaints are entered into the software along with the breakdown details and the actual work performed to complete the job. • Provision to enter service report details, which helps to keep on the history of service.

In that history reports has provided to list the complete details of service and maintain done on the customer place and can take print out for particular reports.  • Reports are categorized into the module wise and privileges based and will be customized as per client requirements wise also: • List of reports: • Installation Details (based on status, date, customer wise etc.) • Warranty Details (based on customer, product etc.) • AMC Details (based date, customer, product etc.) • Preventive Maintenances (based on date, customer, site, block etc.) • Breakdown or complaint register details (based on customer, service engineer etc.) • Service Status (based status like closed, suspended etc.)
