  14. Discussion • Suppose you are a heavy smoker and cannot help smoking a cigarette every hour wherever you are, and your partner is a non-smoker and is sick of smoke. Argue with him or her about: (1) Who has the right to impose regulations on smoking? (2) Is smoking really harmful?
