  1. Using the Print Screen function in lieu of printing.

  2. Print At the completion of your training, session or quiz, your certificate will be displayed awaiting your print command.

  3. On your keyboard: 1. Select Ctrl. Hold down and… 2. Select PrtSc or Print Screen This copies an image of the entire screen to the clipboard.

  4. Open a blank PowerPoint presentation.

  5. Click on the right mouse button and select Paste.

  6. The image on the clip board will be pasted to the PowerPoint. From this point you can simply save the PowerPoint Presentation as you would any other file and send it as an email attachment to yourself or where ever you need to send it. ..OR… read on to save it as a JPEG picture file. Remember…most MWRs do not have PowerPoint or any other MS Office product, but they do have the cheap version and you can do the same with it.

  7. To save as a JPG picture file…right click and select “Save as Picture”

  8. The file screen will pop up. Select from the “Save as Type” drop down menu “JPEG File Interchange Format”. You should then change the name of the file…maybe to the name of the compliance class, for example…Business Ethics Certificate.

  9. Select “Save” and the file will be saved as a JPEG. You can then send it as an email attachment to yourself or to whoever you need to send it to and will have a permanent file with proof that you completed the session.
