  3. Concerns • Text messaging over emails • Communications between the zone board and chapter executive boards will be through text messaging. More Information and communication will be spread faster compared to our dependence on emails. • List Serve • Action Item: All Executive Boards must send me their listserv information for the year through text messaging by Sunday, November, 11, 2007. I will send a Reply to the Executive Board afterwards to confirm that I have it. • **Expanding your membership: • Chairperson Idea: 1-page outlining on the programs and benefits of NSBE at your chapter. All Chapters should have one on record and send me a copy of this list. • Conference Calls: at least one Exec should be on each call for the future • Future Conferences discussion: • Princeton—Spring Zone Conference ‘08 • Stevens—Fall Zone Conference ’08: I will send you a prosposal • Rutgers – Spring Zone Conference ’09: I will send you a prosposal

  4. Summary (1) Send my your solicitation packet comments: due Sunday 17, 2007. Let me know what we should keep on the packet, what we should add (2) Chapter Visits: Stevens/Rutgers Monday; TCNJ Tuesday; NJIT Wednesday Afternoon, Princeton Thursday (3) Survey Fundraiser: Let’s give it another shot – Each chapter earn 40 points this month. (4) NJZ Fiyah Ball Drop: NJZ at times Square for Ball Drop. Bring Video game consoles/playing cards/food/board games/silly string/new years hats/ NJZ Chants *Monday, December 31, 2007* (5) NJZ Revival: Get 5 more people to join you in your trip to Nationals by Spring Zone Conference Visit a school to promote NSBE by Nationals (6) Spring Zone Conference: Feb 02, 2008 – transitional meeting/ career fair/ newscast; tired of being compared to Kwame (7) Remember Nationals: March 19-23; if you are having problems, holla (8) NJZ Basketball Exhibition: May 24, 2008 -Execs: Get a basketball court for this day, entertain the date to your schools -Chapter 3on3s, Half time tug-o-war
