  2. The Nobel Peace Prize • The Nobel Peace Prize is the name of one of five Nobel Prizes, and their inventor is Alfred Nobel. According to Nobel's will, the Peace Prize should be awarded "to the person who shall have done the most or the best work for friendships between the nations, for the reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses."

  3. Famous Laureates: Mother Teresa Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ministered the poor, the orhapned, the helpless and the dying. Campaigned for civil rights.
