  1. NOTES 1. PLACE, DATE AND EVENT NAME 1.1. Access the slide-set place, date and event name text box beneath the JRC logo from the Slide Master. 1.2. Do not change the size nor the position of that text box. 1.3. Replace the mock-up texts for the place (“Place”), the date (“dd Month YYYY”) and the event name (“Event Name”) with your own texts. 1.4. Set it in MetaPlus Book Roman, if you own the typeface. Otherwise, keep the original typeface – Arial. 1.5. Keep the original flush-left justification. 1.6. Keep the original font colour (white). 1.7. Keep the original font body size (7 pt) and the text on one single line. 2. SLIDE NUMBER 2.1. The slide number on the banner’s lower right-hand side is automatically generated. 3. SLIDES 3.1. Set it in MetaPlus Book Roman, if you own the typeface. Otherwise, keep the original typeface – Arial. 3.11. Keep the original flush-left justification. 3.12. Keep the original font colour (100c 80m 0y 0k). Use black if you need a second colour. 3.13. Keep the original font body size (22 pt) or reduce it if unavoidable. 3.14. Final reports ACTIVITY • Final activity report • Final periodic report • A final plan for using and disseminating the knowledge (no input required from partners) FINANCIAL • Final management report • Final report on the distribution of the Community contribution QUESTIONNAIRES(same as for the mid-term delivery): • A final science and society reporting questionnaire • A final reporting questionnaire on workforce statistics • A final socio economic reporting questionnaire

  8. Final deliverables – Periodic report • Follows the structure of the mid term periodic report • Includes all work from month 18 and onwards. Input from the work package leaders from the WP’s active after month 18 (WP 6,7,8 and 9, (1-2 pages): • Work package objectives • Progress towards objectives • Deviation from work programme • List of deliverables • Lists of milestones • Main achievements in the period: • Calibration • Simulations Input from the work package leaders of WP 7,8 • Summary of the results (max 4 pages)

  9. Final reports – Financial (IoES responsible) Final management report • Consolidation of all the costs of the contractors . • Same format as for the Periodic management report. Final report on the distribution of the Community contribution • Within 60 days of the receipt of the final payment by the EC a final report on the distribution of the Communitys contribution reporting on the final cumulative distribution of funds made to each contractor • Same format as for the Periodic management report.

  10. Final deliverables – Publishable final activity report • The main report for disseminating the results • Extraction from the guidelines (description): • Resembles an expanded version of the Publishable Executive Summary of the mid term Periodic Report • Cumulates and summarises the project activities and results over the full duration • Suitable for direct publication • While not excluding technical language should be broadly comprehensible to a general reader • Extraction from the guidelines (content): • Summary description of project objectives • Contractors involved • Work performed and end results • Elaborating on the degree to which the objectives were reached • Brief description of the methodologies and approaches employed and how they relate to the achievements to the state of the art. • Explanation of the impact of the project on the industry or research sector
