  3. As with Global Managers, Global Management Consultants have to first prove themselves LOCAL before going GLOBAL

  4. Global Management Consultants in the 21st century will have to have a balance of academic achievements & practical experience.

  5. Global Management Consultants have a greater compulsion to be in LEARNING MODE with the fast changing global market place/space.

  6. Global Management Consultants can increase and facilitate learning by using ACADEMIA as the research crucible for Consulting

  7. Global Management Consultants need to master the art ofCommunication. Verbal / Written / Paralinguistics / Body Language

  8. Global Management Consultants will need expertise in cross cultural norms to understand and bridge nations and cultures. (MC is both a science & an art)

  9. Global Management Consultants need to master the art of Networking with cooperation even among competitors.

  10. A High degree of specialization in skills (differentiation) YET A High degree of standardization in personality help to make a successful Global Management Consultant.
