  5. Linac Tunnel Installation Issues • Late: • Need to lock-up and begin Linac beam operations Jan. 2. • A few components will not make the lock-up deadline. • Vacuum chambers in insertion region. (Jan. 07) • BC1 Instrument package. (Jan. 07) • Toroids (in several locations) • BLM 11 (BLM 12 will be in) • Linac Access will be available to install these. • These are not on the Injector commissioning critical path.

  6. Injector Vault Installation Issues • Late: • The GTL support stand. • Will be here 11/16 • Laser table install, optics transport commissioning follows. • The Gun will be ready.

Injector Vault Installation Issues • GTL beamline is late, now in machining. • Completion date is 2/8, we are pushing to advance this date and to stage delivery. • Stage delivery to advance laser vitual cathode commissioning, if possible. • This leads to a 2 month delay to e- commissioning. • January – February: • Laser commissioning • Controls checkout • RF processing of L0a and L0b • The 2007 commissioning goals will still be met.
