  2. A cyber bully is a person who harasses someone by using an electronic communication tool such as social media, or texting on a phone. What’s a Cyber Bully?

  3. What is Netiquette? • Netiquette is the appropriate way to behave while you are online.

  4. Cyber Safety • Cyber Safety is protecting yourself from any harassment that comes from online.

  5. You can protect yourself from cyber bullying by not responding to any type of rude, or hurtful messages that are sent to you.

  6. You should also avoid opening any more of the cyber bully’s hurtful messages.

  7. I f you keep getting hurtful messages, then make sure to block the person who is cyber bullying you.

  8. Also, don’t send hurtful messages, or spread rumors about any one online, including the person who may be cyber bullying you.

  9. Another thing you can do is show the hurtful messages from the cyber bully to a teacher, parent, or trusted guardian, and ask them for help.
