Most of you must have experienced the gruesome boredom of waiting in life and must be aware of how stressful and aggravating it is. Whether it’s standing in a long queue to pay the bills, getting stuck in a boring movie or when your partner tells you that she wants to buy clothes but disappears for long hours - waiting is something that is not easy.

  1. Most of you must have experienced the gruesome boredom of waiting in life and must be aware of how stressful and aggravating it is. WAITING IS SOMETHING THAT IS NOT EASY • Standing in a long queue to pay the bills. • Getting stuck in a boring movie. • Your partner tells you that she wants to buy clothes.

  2. Do you think you are doing justice to yourself? • Suppose, you are sitting at a doctor’s clinic waiting for your turn, what will you do?
