The problems identified • Almost 90% from all industry enterprises are small (1-6 employees, coverage rate in terms of turnover was approximately 30%) • Only 2% of the companies have above 50 employees (turnover was approximately 37%) • One major company in Engineering activities • Costs and burden on respondent of statistical surveys • Specific contracts tailored for each client • Many associations, but not willing to cooperate

  9. Pricing methods • Technical testing and analysis (71.2): - Direct use of prices of repeated services - List prices • Architectural and engineering activities and related technical consultancy (71.1): - Time-based method (average hourlyratesfrom Wages Statistics section)

Average hourly rates • Quarterly data from Wages Statistics Section • Hourly labour costs are calculate on all employees on enterprise level • Labour costs contain: • remuneration for the accomplished work; • employers’ compulsory social contributions and other contributions which employer pays for the employees; • employers’ direct social contributions to employees as well as other labour costs; • in calculations the remuneration subsidies are subtracted from the sum of labour costs.

Data collectionfor71.20 • Web-based questionnaire • Prices has been collected since 1st quarter of 2013 • 25 companies and 87 observations in 2013 • 31 companies and 96 observations in2014 • Covers 57% from all activity turnoverinindex 2014 • Weights based on company turnover: - Updated annually
