Subcommittee Summary • Subcommittee meetings: 13 June 2011 • Subcommittee members: Todd Amundsen, Mike Baker, Travis Reeder, Bill Koran, Andie Baker, Ben Lipscom, Ken Baker, Brad Aker, Jeff Romberger, Erin Hope • Biases or disclosed conflicts of interest: SBW is currently contracted to develop Guidelines that included identifying needs for updating measures to new guidelines. PECI is developing Fan VFD measurement and verification practices for BPA.

Subcommittee Summary • Recommendation(s), concerns: • Protocol needs three data points for reliability • static pressure, power and flow need to be collected for accuracy • Need to account for minimum static control conditions • NEFPA 70 practitioners qualifications “qualified electrical worker vs. electrician

  8. RTF Proposed Motion: “I _________ move that the RTFAuthorize staff to contract for $24,700 for development, completion and testing of a Fan VFD standard protocol compliant calculator with all the attendant documentation, input forms and data sources.
