  9. Pre-Release: Week 1 • Day 1: Post and portal websites open with pre-launch commercial • Day 2: Pre-launch commercial starts to air on TV • Commercial will air until the end of Week 3

  18. After Week 13 • Continue adding new chapters to the portal site every month • Add mini stories around holidays and other special events • New contests and events to be released based on customer feedback
