Bachelor´s degree program in International Business • Bachelor’s degree program of the Helsinki School of Economics conducted entirely in English • Preceded by the BBA program, which was offered in Mikkeli from 1989 • The degree program operates year-round with 16 three-week modules • One course at a time for three weeks, each course 6 ECTS credits

International Business Campus • Unique curriculum offers students and visiting proferssors interesting and up to date study environment • Professors come from leading business schools and organizations around the world • Diversified student body - Finnish and foreign degree students (80 new degree students each year) - About 100 exchange students annually - International summer term

Required Core Courses 60 ECTS credits Required Courses in International Business 18 ECTS credits Specialized Courses in International Business 42 ECTS credits Minor Subject Studies 30 ECTS credits Language and Communication Courses 30 ECTS credits TOTAL 180 ECTS credits Cover fundamental aspects of international business, including - accounting, management, finance, marketing, communication Develop all the essential skills for the professional workplace - analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and presentation skills,teamwork Degree structure Courses

Mandatory Study Abroad Period • Studies in a foreign university complete the academic program • HSE Mikkeli has over 50 partner universities around the world • Students must complete 24 ECTS credits during the study abroad period. At least 18 ECTS must be in the field of business, 6 ECTS credits can be in fields that focus on historical, cultural, political or sociological studies. • Minor subject studies • Personal study plan (HOPS) • Study Plan for Study Abroad • Grants available; study abroad report afterwards

  7. After graduation • HSE Mikkeli graduates have continued their studies in the HSE Helsinki campus and other Finnish universities, as well as in foreign universities • Many BScBA graduates have also entered immediately into business life
