Oregon Parsing Data Governance and Technical Implementation Data Governance DHS has split in Oregon: DHS and OHA (Oregon Health Authority). SB909 creates a new Early Childhood Agency. Requires 0-20 SLDS. Result = Flux. Response = Consider adoption of Data Governance Functional Framework (dama.org) Technical Implementation Worked with partner agencies during proposal development (RTT Early Learning Challenge). Defined common core early childhood data elements. Agreement to implement CEDS. Oregon Department of Education coordinating multi-agency comment. Intake interviews for potential data partners

TrustEd Results TrustEd validates the request based on sharing rules and translates the requesting agency’s local IDs to that of the other agency.
