Status Update on Procedure Review and Implementation Steps

This document outlines the current status of procedure reviews led by M. Solfaroli. Key steps include assessing necessary updates to the graphs, decision-making for different circuit histories, and implementation of sequencer changes by the HCC team. Proposed revisions to the properties stored in the MTF and the procedure draft will track changes closely. Furthermore, we emphasize adding a description at the beginning of each test step for clearer guidance, and incorporating a matrix to indicate performance requirements in various circuit statuses. Also noted is the need to review offline properties due to concerns about their necessity.
