  6. Ticket Holders • 10 million nationwide • 18-64 • Currently receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) • To date over 7 million Tickets have been released.

  7. Employment Network (EN) Any public or private agency (including State Vocational Rehabilitation agencies), organization, business or entity, or combination of, that can provide or arrange for the delivery of employment-related services or jobs.
