MAST4SMEs: How it Works • Inspect and gather evidence of management performance • Inspector decides to use either simplistic or SME matrix • Relate performance to the descriptors in the columns • Score for each element, add and divide by relevant factor • Score will be on scale 0-6 • Input score in normal way to RCI
