  1. The Power Plant at Chicos Has the line of where the flood of Rocky Mount went up to, inside the building. Located on 1701 Sunset Avenue. I feel this place is important because most people don’t realize how deep the flood was.

  2. Our Lady of Perpetual Help The only Cathlic church in Rocky Mount that has been there for a long time. This place matters to me because its where I go to learn my teachings of god and has been carried throughout my family.

  3. Rocky Mount Train Station Was the first train station built in Rocky Mount. This place is important because this was the way most people traveled back then rather than by foot ,therefore it was very popular.
