  15. ReflectionsWhat works and what does not – in Denmark? - 1 What Works InterForce organisation – but not manned sufficiently especially at the regional level Number of supporting companies and the working places they represent Guarantee/preservation of civilian employment – without being fixed by law Membership register and Internet homepage Quarterly “InterForce News” magazine Co-operation with labour unions

  16. ReflectionsWhat works and what does not – in Denmark? - 2 What does not work Knowledge about InterForce in public Knowledge about InterForce – the purpose – their membership and thereby the supportive attitude of the management of the supportive companies in the HR divisions Feed back for companies on communication, information etc. Feed back on InterForce Job bank 16

  17. Reflections - 3If we should start all over again? Same overall organisation (but manned sufficiently), definition and purpose Ensure dual way and equally weighted information between the Armed Forces and civil sector Focus should be to make society, companies and individuals to take ownership of Danish soldiers, veterans, missions etc. InterForce target group should from the very beginning include HR managers in supportive companies InterForce budget should enable country wide public information using all medias to include television and Internet 17
