Potential areas for partnership Mondaq Advice Centers as an ACC member benefit • It is a business imperative for US and global law firms to provide better and more compelling services to corporate counsel • Better information sharing, knowledge transfer and developing training programs are all high on this agenda • There would be strong interest and motivation in providing excellent and actionable information to ACC members • As well as actionable information, ACC members using the various Centers can also view mutual contacts and connect with authors via LinkedIn • ACC members would use these Advice Centers to augment their internal knowledge bank and paid for services and to substitute for low value-added services from law firms

Potential areas for partnership Benefits of partnering with Mondaq • Our entire business model is based around connecting law firms with business and in ensuring relevant knowledge exchange • Our model is well aligned to organisations such as ACC and we are proud of the association partnerships we have developed to date • Mondaq is a non-competing publisher and partner for ACC – your interests will always be our interests • In return for ACC support and endorsement there would be a revenue sharing agreement • Use Mondaq in addition to existing publishing vendors, but use us for a different purpose
