After logging in with the default credentials, users can browse and view files specific to their district and schools. Instructions are provided for downloading and adding files, including the importance of consulting the precode manual for acceptable file types. Additionally, users are cautioned about the inability to selectively delete uploaded files, emphasizing the need for careful management.

Log in to the SCDE website and then log into ADTS.The default password for both is the same.
Now you can look at individual files that have been posted. The screenshot below is from the SCDE-view; you should only be able to see your district and schools.(in the example below, the names of individual files have been withheld for privacy)
Downloading and Adding Files If you double-click on a data file, a File Download option will appear. Now you can save or open the file. Files can be added to ADTS through the “Upload Data Files” button. See the precode manual for a list of the file types you can upload. The Office of Assessment will be posting Data Quality reports to ADTS. Be careful when uploading files, as files can not be selectively deleted by the district.
