  4. Identifying Reports for Staff to Work Select the reports you want to appear in your reports section of the home page. Select the folder in the upper left corner to get the list of available reports • Live Reports • Tools goes to ACSES to create the report when selected. • Monthly Reports • Reports that are created point in time and are only updated once a month.

  5. Setting Up Your Team • Two levels of supervisor are available. Tech sets team lead/team lead sets supervisor. • To set a supervisor your tech must update their user profile. • The tech ID and Supervisor ID will have to be in the same county. • Once the tech has you sets as their supervisor, you will have view only access to his/her saved work lists. All tags, notes and checked work boxes will be displayed.

Examples Projects Case Reviews • Cat 3 intergovernmental cases, contact the other state. • Child Emancipation, has the order been updated, contact for possible MOD. • Arrears due on inactive ledgers, can consolidation be completed? • New active I/A, did tech call employer? • New active I/A, was NMSN sent? • Case closure, have all appropriate steps been taken? • Establishment days remaining, all appropriate actions in place?

  12. County and Tech Current Support Collections YTD To view each tech’s performance for each performance measure select the gold bar. Make sure you are the county and not a tech for this.

  13. County and Tech Cases with Arrears YTD You can remove techs you do not want to view. When you hover on a tech for the arrears YTD it will display number of cases that need an arrears payment.
