Introduction Social Responsibility- Companies who are so socially responsible go out of their way to have a good environment, pay fair wages, good working conditions, and donate money to charities. Socially Responsible Consumers- Are consumers who support the place they shop at and know where their products are made.

  3. Consumer's Power Consumer’s have all the power. If we stop buying a company's product for being socially irresponsible it makes them lose money and eventually get out of business if they don’t change their ways.

  4. Social Responsible Company Buy these, Save trees • NEC uses ECO friendly monitors and computers. NEC monitors have ECO mode which helps save power and reduces heat. If we generate less heat we will burn less coal which is dangering the environment. • NEC contribute to building a sustainable society as a comprehensive effect of implementing environmental activities and programs.   5. Socially Irresponsible Company Dying for the Apple • The staff in Shenzhen factory perform dangerous tasks. Wiping screens and shaving aluminum from the edge of the apple logo. That is really bad for their health and can cause health problems. • 18 workers in Shenzhen committed suicide due to the working conditions in the factory. The working conditions were so bored and intolerable that the employees killed themselves • Don’t buy from Apple because they don’t know how to treat their workers inside Apple's Chinese 'sweatshop' factory where workers are paid just £1.12 per hour to produce iPhones and iPads for the West January, 25,2013

  6. NEC help the environment because they are being responsible by not dumping their waste in ways that will damage the environment. They also don’t own sweatshops. Apple does not care for its employees and environment because they have horrible working conditions for their sweatshops and they dump their waste in anywhere they can.
