Information about other ISI operations can be obtained as well as an explanation for the hostages found at the location. Information can also be obtained about ISI operations in the Ad Duluyiah area including illegal checkpoints and possible safehouses. • COMMANDER’S COMMENTS: This was an Al-Bazi provided target that was timely and accurate. The Al Bazi representative that provided the information that lead to this target also provided sworn statements and was able to keep eyes on the target. The JACKPOT is directly related to kidnappings and murders of Samarra LNs. It is imperative that the interrogation of the individuals from this target is timely and the intelligence returned for targeting. The NP demonstrated a severe lack of discipline as we approached the target building. The NP did not enter the building. This hesitation allowed the AIF that were inside the building to react and begin to fire their weapons towards the door. The hesitation of the NP allowed the AIF to react as the action team entered the building.
