  3. Counting to 100 by Ones! • To count from 1 to 100, start at 1 and count to 10: • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

  4. Counting to 100 by ones cont. • After learning 1 through 10, count from 11 to 20: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20

Counting to 100 by Ones Cont. • Now it’s easy! • 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 • Example: -21 “Twenty One” • -22 “Twenty Two” • 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 • Example: -31 “Thirty One” • -32 “Thirty Two” • You can do this all the way up to 100, using the numbers • 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90. • When you get to 99, the next number is 100!

  6. Counting to 100 by Tens! This is just like counting to 10, like we previously learned, expect you add a zero to show that each group contains 10 numbers. 10 10: “Ten” 20 20: “Twenty” 30 30: “Thirty” 40 40: “Forty” 50 50: “Fifty” 60 60: “Sixty” 70 70: “Seventy” 80 80: “Eighty” 90 90: “Ninety” 100 100: “One Hundred”
