  1. The No-Pretext Bank Locate At PIF Solutions, LLC, we have several ways of locating bank accounts. One powerful method is to make a list of businesses that have their own credit unions. Therefor, if you find the person's employment, you may have just found their bank. This is not a verification in itself, but it's a strong lead. Keep in mind that employee's immediate families are often allowed to bank at the business bank location, such as with the following two businesses and their respective banks: Harvard - Harvard University Employees Credit Union. American Airlines - American Airlines Employee Federal Credit Union. How do you find out if the person in question banks at the location and not a family member? This can be done without any pretexting! In the collections world, when you call a neighbor, relative, associate, etc, you can legitimately ask 3 questions. • Residential Address • Contact Phone • Work Info Obviously the work info is what you're going for. I might call the brother of the subject and say: "I'm trying to reach John Doe and the number I have for him is no longer good. Would you happen to have a better number? I wanted to see if I could get a hold of him after work." Wait for the number. "Awesome, thank you! By the way, do you know if he's still with American Airlines, cause then I'm not sure when he's getting out of work (chuckle)?!"

  2. Again, this still isn't a total verification as an employee doesn't have to use the employer's bank. However, many do and it might be worth a shot. If you need help with your banking locates and you have a judgment against the debtor, feel free to reach out to: Eric Neal - PIF Solutions, LLC. eric@pif-solutions.com We charge only: $125 per hit (1 hit can include up to 3 banks) and $25 for no hit.
