A-SSCC 2011 Paper Review Process, etc • Submitted 4-page papers are assigned to one of 9 sub-committees. And distributed to members on 19th June, 2011(Submission deadline: 14th June, 2011). • Sub-committee members review all the papers assigned to the sub-committees, except for their own affiliations. • Review results are submitted by 11th July, 2011. • Paper selection meeting was held 15th July, 2011, at the conference site, with 87members attended. • Notification by Secretariat, Comments to the accepted authors by session chairs. • Session chairs are to check the final camera-ready manuscript before publication. • Session chairs are to check presentation slides before the conference. • Speakers’ rehearsal is carried out one day before the conference.
